February is a crazy month so we wanted to remind you of all the important dates coming up!

Monday, February 10:  Early out at 1:00

Tuesday, February 11:  Early out at 1:00 AND conferences!  

We are looking forward to talking with each of you!

Thursday, February 13:  Valentine's Parties at 1:45

Friday, February 14: No School

Monday, February 17:  No School

Halloween Parties

Kindergarten Halloween parties will take place Thursday, October 31 from 1:45-3:00.  Your child may BRING their costume to school to change into for the party.  No face or hair paint please.  It is easier if your child can put their costume on over their clothes (if possible) so please discuss this with your child.

Thanks to everyone who volunteered to help with this party.  The kids are very excited about it!

Homecoming Week!

To celebrate Homecoming this week we have special dress up days for all the kids at Fred Assam Elementary!

Monday:  When I Grow Up

Tuesday:  Disney (Just a reminder that this is also picture day! Participation in dress up days is not required so use your best judgement today!)

Wednesday:  Animal

Thursday:  Color Day (Kindergarten's color is green)

Friday:  Spirit Day

The FAE Carnival is quickly approaching and you still have time to contribute to our superhero theme basket which will be raffled off at the carnival.  We've received some great items so far!  Thanks to everyone who has already contributed.

Picture day and Donuts for Dad's is September 17th.

We'd like to thank every parent for sharing your child with us this year.  They already hold a special place in our hearts!
